Xander was born and raised in London and now lives in Kent. In the past his community minded Mum, Rhonda Josephs, helped secure funding to regenerate three playground areas in their local area of South East London. Now the family need our support.
Xander has just undergone grueling radiotherapy resulting in a lot of hair loss, but this special little boy still manages to smile.
He now needs expensive life-saving treatment, which is not available on the NHS, to give him every chance to beat brain cancer.
